Meet Jen
A Space for Growth, Connection, and Clarity
I know what it’s like to operate under constant pressure—where stress isn’t just an occasional challenge, but the norm. Having worked in high-pressure environments across finance, entertainment, and tech, I understand the weight of high expectations and the fear of making a mistake, or even worse…falling behind.
The drive to achieve can often accompanied by unanticipated consequences, as that feeling of accomplishment becomes increasingly hard to grasp. When perceived success is a constantly moving target - it’s easy to become hypervigilant, exhausted, and stuck in the cycle of perfectionism.
For a long time, I thought that was just the way things were. That stress and self-doubt came with the territory. But when your brain learns to function in fight-or-flight mode, it doesn’t just stay at work—it seeps into everything. It shapes how you show up in relationships, how you handle uncertainty, and whether you ever feel at ease, even when things are seemingly ‘fine.’
But I’ve learned it doesn’t have to be that way.
My own experiences navigating high-pressure careers, challenging family dynamics, and personal growth have shown me the power of self-reflection, connection, and support. I became a therapist to offer others what I’ve found invaluable —a space to pause, explore, and create a different way of living.
How I Work
My approach is collaborative and pragmatic, grounded in psychodynamic principles. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences and relationships shape the patterns that keep you stuck—so you can break free from them, rather than just coping.
I work from a relational and attachment-oriented perspective, meaning the connection we build in therapy becomes a space to practice vulnerability, set boundaries, and get your needs met in a way that translates to real life. Whether it’s anxiety, career pressures, or redefining your role in relationships, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
